W. Bro. Alan Martin attained 50 years in Freemasonry in December 2016. To mark this auspicious occasion W. Bro. Richard L Barker (Assistant Provincial Grand Master) presented W. Bro. Alan Martin with a 50 year certificate at the Mercia Lodge Meeting on 20thDecember 2016. 

The Lodge had obtained a dispensation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire to do this presentation in the presence of ladies and non-mason gentlemen guests while still wearing full Masonic Regalia. It was a very happy and memorable evening for W. Bro. Alan Martin and his lady Mrs Jenny Martin. The evening was enjoyed by all present.
